上週老闆叫沙粒丟一本他們在2004年去香港參展所留的客戶名片,
要我從歐美地區的開始再重新發email"問候"他們,
看看有沒有報價的機會,這一本至少100家有吧我猜。

在這本厚的之前,就已經發完了一本比較薄的,
沙粒還說即使是不同客人,也盡量不要寫一樣的內容,
但是英文程度不夠的我已經辭窮了,
以下是我的兩個版本,想要懇求各路英文高手給我ㄧ些建議以及想法,
謝謝各位的批評與指教。


Version I.

Good day, we are glad to contact with you since you had visited us at Hong Kong Gift & Premium Fair few years ago, We Kouchu Enterprises dedicate new technology, creation design, quick responds and short lead-time to satisfy our customers' inquiries. Also we manufacture over hundred products, and own several patents for its products.

We would like to present our 2008 new items to you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to promote our products.

Attached an excel file of products photos for your reference, we would like to offer you the price quotation of any item which you are interested in.

Please don’t hesitate to ask me if you have any question, we are looking forward to hearing the good news from you soon.
